1. Registration and Payment

• Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of the full payment.
• Payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant upon written request.

2. Participant Information

• Participants must provide accurate and complete details during registration.
• Any changes to participant details must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours before the event at registration@responsiblebusinesssummit.com

3. Code of Conduct

• All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally.
• The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the event.

4. Event Schedule

• The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, speakers, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Participants will be informed of any significant changes in advance.

5. Liability

• The organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event.
• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and travel arrangements.

6. Photography and Recording

• The event may be recorded and photographed. By attending, participants consent to the use of their images or recordings for promotional purposes.

7. Force Majeure

• The organizer will not be liable for event cancellation or rescheduling due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics or government restrictions.
